Translation: A traveller, who had just decended onto the train platform, slips and falls. People gather around and an employee kindly asks:

"Are you hurt much?"

"No," the traveller replies, "I only have one overnight bag."

Note: The joke is lost in translation. The phrase: "Are you hurt much?" in French, "Avez-vous beaucoup de mal?" sounds the same as "Avez-vous beaucoup de malles?," or "Do you have a lot of luggage?"
