Who Made the Torcan 886P?

The Torcan 886P was manufactured by Rotor Electric Company, which was headquartered in Toronto. As documented by the Government of Canada, the firm operated within the electrical apparatus and supplies industry. The plant was located on McCormack Street in 1950 and relocated to Rexdale Boulevard in 1956. Over the decades, Rotor Electric Company produced a variety of electrical home appliances beyond fans, such as fan heaters and hairdryers. Rotor Electric Company also sold electronic parts, such as battery chargers, fan blades, and audio frequency and power chokes.
