Curating the Story Museum: A Resource for Educators

Toronto Police Museum and Discovery Centre

The Toronto Police Museum and Discovery Centre is a not-for-profit charity organization that works in close partnership with the Toronto Police Department. The museum is located in the large atrium at the Police Headquarters building. Their exhibit reflects the past and present history of the Toronto Police Department. Interactivity and hands-on displays are also available to the public, which brings some of the museum objects to life for the naturally curious and creative minds of young children. The Toronto Police Museum and Discovery Centre brings together education and history concerning Toronto’s police force as well as some fun and interactive play activities.

Not specifically for children but probably has a lot of interesting hands-on activities that naturally caters to a younger audience
